1960 in South America. Holocaust survivor who is depressed and lonely thinks Adolf Hitler is his new neighbor. As a result of his claim not being taken seriously, Polsky launches an independent investigation to back it up. However, when the results of the investigation remain ambiguous, Polsky is compelled to work closely with the enemy in order to gather indisputable evidence.
