Remy, a resident of Paris, enjoys fine cuisine and has a very refined palette. In order to make and savor culinary marvels to his heart's content, he would adore training to be a chef. The one issue is that Remy is a rat. The rodent gourmet finds himself in the perfect location to achieve his aim when he ends up in the sewer below one of Paris's best restaurants.
