Synopsis
The graffiti dog that a creative, irritated pre-teen painted with a can of what he thought was spray paint that he found has come to life as an ultra-intelligent super-dog comprised of nanobots.
The most deadly criminal in the city, however, is now after both of them and will stop at nothing to get his hands on this most recent technology.
