Synopsis
A sick and desperate John Kramer travels to Mexico for a dangerous and experimental medical treatment between the events of "Saw" and "Saw II" in the hopes of receiving a miracle cure for his cancer. However, he soon finds that the entire operation is a hoax to deceive the most vulnerable. With a renewed sense of purpose, the notorious serial murderer goes back to work, using cunning, insane, and clever traps to turn the tables on the scam artists in his own violent style.
