Dr. Jenphitcha is a devoted mother, wife, and successful psychiatrist. Her seemingly flawless existence is upended when she believes her spouse Athin is having an extramarital affair. When Jane discovers more about her cunning husband's hidden second life, she becomes furious and realises that she has been duped by Kate, a young college student. A game of cat and mouse between her unfaithful spouse and mistress follows. She loses control and starts acting in ways she never would have thought possible, endangering everyone in her path and destroying her family.
