Synopsis 

MEP Joanna Warczewska, a brilliant writer's daughter, is in her prime. A terrorist assault that results in her husband's death suddenly destroys her flourishing political career and family happiness. Another blow strikes her as fate offers her another chance at life. She receives images and documentation from someone severing her familial links and implying that her mother has previously worked with the Security Service. Joanna makes the independent decision to look into the past in order to solve the mystery surrounding her family. Her perspective on her mother changes drastically as a result of what she finds, and it also helps her define who she is. Joanna will have to deal with.
