Synopsis
After Morgana left with Morgause, Merlin set the dragon free, and it began attacking Camelot frequently, causing a great deal of fire damage. The only one who survives from the men that Uther tormented years ago is Balinor, a hermit who dwells in a cave, and only a dragon-lord is able to confine the beast. This is his father, according to Gaius, who assisted him in escaping Camelot. When Merlin and Arthur find Gaius, Merlin reveals himself to Balinor, but they keep it a secret from Arthur. Balinor consents to travel to Camelot to help, but before Merlin demonstrates that he is his father's son and vanquishes the dragon, there is still turmoil.
