Synopsis
The human prince Wu Geng, who has fallen from grace, faces hardships like losing his family and ending up as a slave in a mining camp's subterranean quarters. Despite these struggles, he inherits the previous king's will and harbors a deep-seated resentment over the devastation of his people and nation. Wu Geng goes to the secret village of Shen Yin for training in an effort to better himself. Fu Xi, his grandfather and life mentor, is his mentor. After overcoming numerous obstacles and trials with an unwavering determination, he sets off on a journey of retribution and the quest for liberty. In the end, he creates a formidable army against heaven and departs for the Boundless Domain, ending the protracted fight against slavery.
